Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is practiced by moving through a series of poses in a dynamic, flowy, and intentional way. Flow and feel good! When we pair movement with the breath, the result is a practice that can help increase flexibility, strength, mental focus, and inner peace.

Gentle Flow

Enjoy your vinyasa at a more relaxed pace! Slow down and enjoy longer holds in poses, slower transitions, and the added challenge of stillness.This class is especially great for beginner yogis!

Yin

Yin is all about slowing down. Yin is practiced with cold muscles, meaning there is not a warm up and there are no dynamic movements. Instead, many yin poses are floor-based and they are held for up to several minutes (with support from props, of course!). Wear your comfiest clothes, and prepare for your body & mind to deeply relax. This class is especially great for beginner yogis!

Power Vinyasa

Flow, sweat, and build strength with Power Vinyasa! Enjoy dynamic movements, strength-building postures, and energetic transitions with this heat-building class. Vinyasa yoga is practiced by moving through a series of poses in a dynamic, flowy, and intentional way. Flow and feel good! When we pair movement with the breath, the result is a practice that can help increase flexibility, strength, mental focus, and inner peace. You're sure to leave feeling stronger - both mentally and physically.

Hatha
An intermediary between yin and vinyasa flow! Poses aren't held for as long as a yin class, but you won't go through them as quickly as you would in a vinyasa class. Great for learning the alignment of each pose. This class is beginner friendly with room to increase the level of challenge!

Gift your mind & body by ending your evening with candlelight yoga. Enjoy a gentle practice held by candlelight for a soothing, calming experience. 

Aromatherapy Classes

Deepen your sensory experience with a sweet-smelling aromatherapy class! Enjoy the experience of practicing yoga while indulging in the scent of essential oils hand-selected by a licensed aromatherapist. If you have ANY plant allergies, please email dayna@yogicolorado.com prior to attending class!

Crystal Classes

Use the energy from crystals to transform your life! Different crystals are said to have positive impacts on your life! For example, citrine promotes financial success and rose quartz promotes self-love. Whether or not this practice aligns with you and your beliefs, the mental energy behind crystals can impact everyone positively! At our vinyasa practice with crystals, we will use a specific crystal to enhance the practice - the best part is that you get to take home your very own crystal each time you take the class!

Glow Flow

Enjoy an energized practice under the studio's black lights - wear white or light-colored clothing to glow under the light! Glow body paint and glow sticks provided.
