Mark "Lucky" Goleboski
GENTLE FLOW TEACHER
I have been a student of yoga for the past ten years, and I have been blessed to have the opportunity to practice and learn alongside some of the best teachers in the yoga community.
Yoga began for me at a fitness event at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver, Colorado.
I went to the event with some friends to hang out, have some fun, and try a few new things. One of our events was yoga. The amphitheater was full of people, and most of them were smiling and happy and this was
after an hour of yoga in the July heat. At this moment I thought, I want that. I want to be smiling like that all day.
I earned my 200-hour yoga teaching certification from the Samudra School of Living Yoga in 2019.
It is my yogic philosophy that yoga should be fun and empowering. Join me as we explore the wonders of yoga, on and off our mats.
See ya on your mat! -Lucky

Nor Shkoukani
VINYASA TEACHER
I began my yoga journey about 8 years ago! Yoga has allowed me the time and space to connect with myself mentally and physically. I have learned so much on and off the mat through my practice and I am so grateful for all the things practicing yoga has given me.
In my classes, I encourage my students to step outside their comfort zone to explore and challenge themselves both physically and mentally whether we're doing a fast and sweaty flow or making space for deep relaxation and stillness. I love to create dynamic and challenging sequences that are as fun to practice as they are to teach. My passion is making yoga accessible and fun for all bodies and skill levels while testing our boundaries physically and mentally. Hope to see you on the mat!

Towani Clarke
HATHA and YIN TEACHER
Towani dabbled in yoga as an inquisitive 7-year-old and then as a teenager, but it wasn’t until years later as a single working mother of two, struggling after the collapse of her marriage, she became entranced with Hatha yoga. She knew in her heart she was an entrepreneur and dreamt of starting her own businesses!
So Towani trained in the Hatha style of yoga – not as slow or restorative as Yin, but also not as fast or physical as Vinyasa. Her teaching style was influenced by the Iyengar school in her initial YTT200 in Cape Town, South Africa. Then later by the Satyananda school of yoga when she did an advanced yoga course in Nashik, India immersing herself in yoga and the culture of India for a month. In February 2020 she followed her heart to move to Denver to marry the love of her life and continue her yoga journey. Since 2009 she has taught over 1000 students and over 7,000 hours of class.
