If you’ve never done yoga before, you are in the right place! We love newbies and getting to introduce you to all the wonderful benefits yoga has to offer! Lots of people seek yoga to help them achieve fitness goals, help with recovery after an injury, assist with anxiety or depression, or they are looking for a chance to give themselves some well-deserved ‘me’ time!

To try out yoga for the first time, you can choose between a Free Trial Lesson or a No-Sweat Mat Chat.

Free Trial Lesson

A free trial lesson is an opportunity for you to meet one-on-one with a yoga teacher, talk about your goals, explore a little movement to see where you are, and then make a plan to achieve your goals. We have options that include group classes, private coaching or a hybrid of both!

 

No-Sweat ‘Mat Chat’

If you aren’t quite ready to jump right into it, this option is for you! Come in to the studio for a no-pressure meeting about our services! We can go over your goals, any limitations or hesitations, and give you a complete run-down of all of our offerings! We work with people of all levels and abilities - I promise you’ll fit in!
